The one thing people dislike and sometimes worry about when having their food delivered is if someone has touched it.​

How can we make sure customers trust how their food is getting delivered to them?
Grubhub wants to make sure their customer's food is always fresh and untouched when it gets to them.
​
We created a customer-controlled insulated delivery bag, that will keep their food warm and only allow the customer to open the bag.
Once the driver picks up the food and locks the bag, the customer will be in control. They will be able to track and unlock the bag once it gets to them.

Grubhub will have posters in outside public places where they can scan the code and reveal a discount on delivery for a specific local restaurant.

You won't know what's inside the bag until you scan it!
We will have sponsored posts on Instagram that will feature different restaurants from the Grubhub app.
Each post will have a different promo code depending on the place.
For the first day when we launch the bag, we will have Grubhub drivers dress up as Security, to show how we protect their food.
Making it a fun experience for the customer as well as a great opportunity for them to post about it on social media.
We want to show them that when their food is with Grubhub, it’s safe.
